Life-changing mindset shift inspires healthier habits and boosts sport performance.

Mark came to me feeling stuck in a rut. Despite his passion for rugby, he struggled with consistency in training and lacked the motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. His fitness levels were fluctuating, and this began to impact his performance on the field.
